Viberse Ad Portal is a self-serve ad management tool designed for brands to launch and manage promotional content within the Viberse platform. This project was prioritized to showcase monetization potential and pitch future growth to investors. While the backend and business model remained undefined, we focused on designing a credible and intuitive UI that could demonstrate the product’s value and future viability.

Platform Philosophy
🧠 Why This Portal?
Unlike traditional ad systems, Viberse envisioned a decentralized, creator-first model. Instead of pushing ads through a centralized platform, brands set a bounty-style budget—and creators voluntarily pick up campaigns they resonate with.
😀 Creator-First
This is how Viberse redefines advertising—not as platform-owned real estate, but as a direct connection between brands and communities.
🎯 Design Goals
Product Scope
Portal UX Design Focused Point:
Guiding brands through the bounty-based ad creation flow
Presenting campaign setup and data clearly, even before backend integration
Emphasizing creators as active collaborators, not passive placements
To bring the decentralized ad model to life, we aimed to design a front-end experience that felt intuitive, structured, and pitch-ready. While the backend was not yet implemented, I worked closely with engineers to define the necessary data structure—clarifying API requirements, setting up component-level logic, and ensuring each field in the ad setup flow was aligned with future integration plans.

Key Flows & UI Features
🧭 1. Campaign Setup Flow
Designing a clear step-by-step flow for brands to publish a "Wanted ad".
We broke the setup process into guided stages:
Select ad type
Set bounty & duration
Upload materials
Define campaign theme / keywords
Preview & publish
This structure was designed with future backend integration in mind, balancing clarity and scalability.
📊 2. Dashboard & Campaign Management
Helping brands monitor ad performance, spending, and creator participation.
The dashboard provides a quick overview of:
Total bounty used / remaining
Creator submissions & status
Campaign engagement metrics (e.g. views, likes, reposts)Select ad type
This structure was designed with future backend integration in mind, balancing clarity and scalability.
🔍 3. Creator Discovery
Helping brands build long-term relationships through saved favorites and direct outreach.
Brands can favorite standout creators during campaigns. Saved profiles appear in a dedicated tab for easy follow-up and future engagement.
Future iterations aim to support 1:1 messaging, helping brands reach out directly for sponsorships or collaborations beyond the bounty system.

Reflection & Takeaways
“The best projects aren’t just delivered—they grow you in the process.”
From zero to spec to interface, this project was built through close conversations—with stakeholders, engineers, and the unknowns in between. It taught me how to design not just for users, but for alignment, clarity, and momentum. More than the outcome, it’s the process that shaped me: asking better questions, connecting the dots, and turning ambiguity into something people can rally around.
